2 large pearls at the front symbolize the 12 apostles, disciples of Jesus.

Next on each side are 7 smaller pearls, for the 7 churches from the Book of Revelation.

Then at the back there are 2 groups  of 12 smaller pearls for the 24 hours God has given us to tell others about His free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ.
